You're sitting on a plane with your husband when you're paged over the plane's loudspeaker. You're alarmed, but not as alarmed as you're about to be. Airline security whisks you off the plane and onto the tarmac directly below, where you're told something is vibrating in your luggage. You explain that it's a sex toy you bought.
Security says, 'Show us,' so you take out the toy. Then the agent demands you hold the toy up in the air, where passengers on the plane can see it and nearby technicians can begin laughing hysterically and make "obnoxious and sexually harassing comments." Now you're humiliated. And so you're suing the airline for negligence, intentional infliction of distress and gender discrimination.
