Ok, it's a shameless marketing gimmick for a bra manufacturer. And, yes, the nation it's referring to is, sadly, not the United States but the clearly more liberal United Kingdom. Still, I must applaud Fayreform's declaration of August 15 - August 19 as National Breast Pride Week. I, of course, believe every week is breast pride week, but it's nice to take some time out to really just focus on it.
